Thought the day would never come when a hyphen name would draw an online auction bidding duel? Well, www.black-jack.com sold for $25,500 on Sedo.com on  Jun/10/09 09:41 AM. That’s encouraging domain news for those domainers sitting on hyphenates or gambling names. Casino names have always been robust sellers but for many the domain sale of five figure hyphenate is big news.

There were  2 bidders dueled over the gambling hyphen. The endpoint bids caused an automatic auction extension. Hyphenated domains are selling for big auction premiums and raising their sellers lot of money these days. The bids started at $18K on June 3, 2009.
