The first stage land rush of Dominican Republic names is now in play. The  domain TLD sales for the country code .DO are now occuring through March 2010.  When competition for a single .do name happens, priority will be given to the person who has the registration under .com.do, .net.do, or .org. do for the longest period.

After March 10 the regular registration period for .do names begins. Interested domainers can preregister for US $240.
