Italy.Net Sells For $52,000

Those who might say the geo market and the dot net market are all washed up can celebrate the sale of Italy.net , co brokered by a career domainer with Andrew Rosener (of Mediaoptions com). Italy.net had been listed at $75,000 at MO in early July …and had also been a lot entry in Latona’s live Milan TRAFFIC auction in April. The dot-net for geo names and proper country and city names remains vibrant, even into the dot-net and beyond. The short .net vends for $52 at a price point good for both buyer and seller.

DentalInsuranceComparison.com Auction only few hours left

The domain auction for  DentalInsuranceComparison.com is nearly over with only 5 hours to go. I can’t believe there is only one bid so far (reserve met with very low reserve). You would not get a second chance to get this kind of quality business domain name.

Petinsurancecomparison.com was sold for $11,100 recently and there are strong demand for “insurance” related keyword domains.

Why don’t you have a look at the Sedo domain auction (only over 4 hours left) , visit here at DentalInsuranceComparison.com domain auction link.

Is it good news because Frank Schilling starts selling domains?

I read a news about Frank Schilling selling the doamin Lottery.net for $220,000 brokered by Sedo domain marketplace (reported by thedomains.com). I think it is good news that Frank Schilling starts selling domains because he would set the standard up for the domain sale prices. I don’t believe he would sell his domains cheap because he likes to keep his domains as much as possible.

The more domains Frank Schilling sells his domains, the better for the domainers in general especially if he discloses his domain sale prices.

Insurance .info domain sale; insurancequote.info domain sold in low xx,xxx

After I have read an interesting news about the acquisition of Insurance.com website for around $35 million US dollars by a business firm, I don’t find it surprising to see the domain sale of InsuranceQuote.info for low xx,xxx range. The domain  was sold through Sedo domain market place and the sale was mentioned at Dnjournal.com domain sale column this week.

It was interesting news because I recently acquired InsuranceComparison.com (development in the process). Both “insurance quote” and “insurance comparison” got high CPC (cost per click) over $15 per click. “Insurance comparsion” was searched around half of the search volume of “insurance quote” keyword. But after analysing the keywords, I think “insurance comparison” is better than “insurance quote (because of being singular and not plural keyword)” and this insurance .info domain sale even makes me harder to part with my domain.

Impressive .at domain sale; tracker.at sold over $20,000

It was interesting to see the domain sale of Tracker.at for over $20,000 recent. The domain, Tracker.at was exactly sold for 18,000 Euros and it is equivalent to $23,235. It was an impressive sale for a .at (Austria) domain. I could recall Job.at was sold in xxx,xxx range a few months ago.

I have registered following .at domains a few months ago when Eurodns was offering a massive discount on .at domains (registered until 2017).

Theme.at
Consolidation.at
Diagnosis.at
Grocery.at
Impotence.at
Medication.at
Practice.at
Settle.at
Slimming.at
Submitted.at
Accepted.at

The domain, YYY.com was sold for mid xx,xxx and it was a rare LLL.com domain sale. The domain was EXACTLY sold at $45,444 and it was through Sedo domain marketplace. There are only 26 such LLL.com domains and I think it is a fair price for both seller and the buyer. It is also brandable LLL.com domain as well.

Sec.de Germany domain sold in six figure range

It was interesting to see a six figure domain sale of Sec.de for 136,850 EURO (around $177,126.75 US dollars). The domain was sold at the Sedo domain marketplace. Even though it was a good LLL.de, I thought it was a bit too much for such a .de domain because I believed even Sec.com would not be  worth that much money.

A good domain sale for the domain seller.

Good .info domain sale; gentleman.info domain sold in x,xxx range

Recently there was a respectable .info domain sale in the range of x,xxx. The domain, Gentleman.info was sold for 2,000 EURO (around $2511.74 according to today’s exchange rate). It was a generic one word .info domain name and it was a good price for the seller.

When I looked at the Google tool, there were 450,000 EXACT searches per month for the keyword “Gentleman“. CPC (cost per click) was around $0.43 per click. The domain was sold at the Sedo domain marketplace.

High priced .in Indian domain sale; budgetair.in sold in xx,xxx range

Recent domain news suggested that the domain, budgetair.in was sold for a xx,xxx range exactly at $20,000 and it was a surprising domain sale. I was not aware of any five figure .in (Indian) domain sales previously and this domain sale was certainly a very good deal for the seller. I think it might be an end user domain sale. I would very much doubt that any experienced domainer would pay that price range even for BudgetAir.com .

The domain budgetair.in was sold at Sedo domain marketplace and it certainly was a big payout deal for the seller.

Safetysupplies.com domain sale at $29,000

It was interesting to see the domain sale of safetysupplies.com at $29,000. I think it is one of the top domain sales with the keyword “supplies” at the end. The domain sale price makes me research more about the keyword “safety supplies“.

The domain, safetysupplies.com has been registered since 2001 and there are over 40,000,000 EXACT search results in Google (much more than I expected) with many business websites with the keyword “safety supplies” in the domain names. When I looked at the Google tool, there were only 6,600 EXACT searches per month (much less than I expecedted) with CPC (cost per click) around $2.66 per click.
