Domain flipped within 4 months after being caught? Companybook.com domain sold for over $20,000.

It was mentioned that companybook.com was sold for 15,000 Euros (nearly $20,400). I think it was a good domain sale for the domain seller. When I checked the whois info, the domain had been registered since 2009-10-11 and I believd the domain was caught when it was dropped. If it was the case, the sale was a really nice domain flipping.
There are over 200,000 google search results for the keyword “company book“. But there are ONLY 390 EXACT searches per month for the keyword “company book”.
It was a very good domain sale for the seller considering the time since being registered or caught.
