Domain State Site Pending Sale

Domainers received a message informing them the site Domainstate.com was on the block and looking to sell its site/domain. But if the site has been  blocked by Google, how much money can it expect to get from a savvy domainer? Alex cites 235 sites linking in and a 67,520 traffic rank. How relevant can Google be then with domains achieving such stats?

Or did they block google to index the forum’s pages and if so, why would they want to do this?
