As we all know that our website should look attractive. But I don't have much knowledge about these. Can you mention some of the web designing tools to make our website look good?

I buy templates and use dreamweaver to change them a bit. I am not an expert developer.

I think that you should use Flash to animate and make your website attractive. Other thing that your website look attractive is the content. You need much and good content for your website. Other way it just be a website with good look but with poor content. And I think that Flash is a good tool to make your website attractive.
