First time I've been out for a couple of weeks.Cleveland CG15 Oil Quench WedgeI used to play with a stiff shafted driver before two frozen shoulders and was keen to see if it would suit me better than by ultralight Cleveland 270.Callaway RAZR Hawk DriverManaged to get a stiff shafted MD Golf 10 degree driver of Fleabay for a good price and took it out today alomgside my Cleveland.

Evening was gorgeous. Polo shirt and short sleeves at 5.30pm on September 24th...wow!!Ping Anser Forged IronsPlayed 7 holes. Stiff shafted driver was interesting. Quite a small head and didn't like the dull thunk it made but it did go straight. Little difference on distance but seemed the Cleveland was a little further.Mizuno JPX 800 DriverCouldn't work the ball at all with the stiff shaft whereas I can easily fade the regular shafted Cleveland with ease. Will try again tomorrow if the weather holds.

Anyone else tried a different shaft?TaylorMade R11 IronsIe Gone from regular to stiff or the other way? The feel of the shot is very different.
