Recently  one letter .biz domain , X.biz was sold for over $10,000 (exactly at $10,600). The domain was sold at Sedo domain marketplace. The buyer obviously likes the .biz extension. It is a good domain sale and I think it is a fair price for both the domain buyer and seller.

If you compare this domain sale with previous one letter .biz domain sales, it is a fair deal for the buyer. The highest one letter .biz domain sale I have seen was E.biz which was sold over $66,000 and e.biz is ideal for eBusiness website. The lowest one letter .biz domain sale I came across was v.biz for over $6,000.

The Pool.com list of Deleting Domains shows some action potential as G4B.com goes auctional. Touch.net and Youtub.com make for intriguing web possibilities. ADBT.com makes an acronym possible, and more  TLd’s like dd0s.biz are releasing ever day. Time to start shopping for that brand you always had in mind.

E dot Biz signals Ebiz Boom

Electronic dot-biz sold at $66,001 on September 9 marks a great Sedo Auction. This looks to promote single character booms and value generation  in domain names. Single character single letter domain names can be very desireable sales in any email resales or accounts for subdomaining.

The usual cast of characters are introducing new top level domains at fire sale rates, leaving career domainers perplexed at ICANN’s willingness to slowly devalue the gold egg laying domainer geese that feed it.

Who’s got character? .Biz. Yes, .Biz is first to market one character domain names. (Should these be called domain letters?) These domains, previously reserved, will be auctioned off on September 23 at 12 noon EST via Sedo. A total of 36 domains will be sold (26 letters and 0-9). If you want to be the proud owner of 1.biz or whatever, the details are
