Is it good news because Frank Schilling starts selling domains?

I read a news about Frank Schilling selling the doamin Lottery.net for $220,000 brokered by Sedo domain marketplace (reported by thedomains.com). I think it is good news that Frank Schilling starts selling domains because he would set the standard up for the domain sale prices. I don’t believe he would sell his domains cheap because he likes to keep his domains as much as possible.

The more domains Frank Schilling sells his domains, the better for the domainers in general especially if he discloses his domain sale prices.

Optivo.com was sold recently for 15,000 Euros (around $20,750) and it was an interesting domain sale. I believe it was sold to an end user and it was a really nice domain sale for the seller.

I researched about “optivo” keyword and it was not very common and there are only 48,000 google search results. When I looked at the google keyword tool, there are hardly any searches per month for the keyword “optivo”.

The domain was sold at Sedo domain marketplace and I believe it was a really nice end user domain sale.
