There was a recent domain sale and it was escortservice.de sold for xx,xxx range. The domain is a German domain with English words and it is also without any hyphens. In German, people prefer hyphenated domains if more than one word and the domain sold has only English words and therefore I think this domain sale is a good one for the seller.

When I looked at the stats, there are only 880 EXACT searches per month for the keyword in Germany. It was a nice German domain sale.

I saw a LL.de sold for xx,xxx range and the German domain sold was Mo.de which was sold at 15,470 Euros (around $21,150 ). I don’t know whether the buyer was after a brandable German domain or bought it because it was like “MODE” keyword.

Any way, it was a healthy domain sale.

I understand people in Germany prefer hyphenated domains and there have been quite a few good hyphenated German domain sales. Recently Musik-base.de was sold in five figure range, at 25,001 Euros (nearly $34,000). I beleive it has bee sold to an end user because of the keyword quality.

I was thinking whether any resellers would pay the same range for its .dom counterpart, MusicBase.com. I have serious doubt about this.

It was a nice German domain sale.
