I noticed today that iphonetoolbox.com website was sold for nearly $40,000 at Flippa (exactly at $39,500) and it was a website sale. The website was established in June, 2008 and it has alexa rank around 50,000. It was mentioned that the income via the website was around $1,800 per month with 150,000 unique visitors and approximately 700,000 page views per month.

According to the stats, it was sold for just around 2 years revenue and it would be a good investment if the new owner could maintain more or less the same revenue via the website.
