Netherland or Dutch domain, transpower.nl was recently sold for 15,500 Euros (about $21,000). Most likely it was bought by an end user and there are around 300,000 google search results for the keyword “transpower“.

There are a few companies with “transpower” keyword in the company name in different coutries such as New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan, India etc…

When I looked at the Google keyword tool, there are around 4,400 EXACT searches per month for the keyword “transpower”. It was a nice domain sale for the domain seller.

Do you have 12 million and one dollars? This domain seller would like you to break a world record.

I come across with this bizarre domain and the domain owner is asking $12,000,001 to buy his domain for you to break a world record. It is just bizarre as the domain is not even worth reg fees for me. The domain name is www.themostexpensivedomainnameintheworld.com and on this website, the owner mentions about the domain sale of sex.com for 12 million dollars in 2006 and he or she has been asking for 12 million and one dollars for the domain to break the domain world record.

He mentioned that the buyer would be listed in the Guinness Book of Records and I don’t know how he or she could mention something like this as it would be out of his or her control.

It gave me a good laugh and just wanted to share this with you.

A good .org domain sale. Girokonto.org was sold over $20,000

February 10, 2010 by Domain News

I like .org extension after .com and I even like .org domains over .net ones for many keywords. Recently I found out that girokonto.org was sold for around $21,700 (15,700 Euros) and it certainly was a very good .org domain sale for the seller. I think it went to an end user because domain resellers would have to think thrice before buying this domain even in xxxx range.

I have researched about the keyword “girokonto” and found out that it is a German word and it means “current account“. There are nearly 3 million google search results for the keyword “girokonto“.

It was a very good .org domain sale.

Thanks to Ron from dnjournal to report the domain sale of CookingGames.com for $350,000. My initial thoughts were that there would only be xx,xxx to low xxx,xxx searches per month for the EXACT term.

But when I checked it, there was around over 2 million searches per month for the exact term.

When I check google search, there were nearly 4 million search results for the EXACT term. But there was only one advertiser in the results.

According to the blog at DirectNavigation.com , the domain CookingGames.com was sold for 8 x revenue and it is equivalent to $44,444 income per month via a domain. It is a massive income via a domain and an average person could live easily  just on the income from the domainwithout doing any other job.

Congratulations for both the seller and the buyer.

imingle.com sold for $30,000 recently and it was sold at the Sedo domain marketplace.

I think it is very good domain sale and it shows there is demands for domains with “i” and keywords.

May be the domain was bought by a dating agency or other end user.

Any way, imingle.com for $30,000 was very good domain sale.

Other interesting “i” + keyword .com domain sales are:
