Available domain names beta trial

I register available domains more or less regularly and I have left out so many good available domains over past few months. I could not register all because my domain profile is expanding and I have to be careful about the domaining.
Now I decided to start a “available domain names” beta trial.
I have listed following .org domains which are available at the time of publishing this blog.
They were valuated xxx to x,xxx range at valuate.com. They could be flipped to xxx or even x,xxx range if you have time and energy to do it.
For many of them, .net, .info, .com extensions were taken.
Be quick if you like to register them as they will be gone sooner than later.

Pool Skim for Tuesday May 4th 2010

The deletions list at Pool.com is churning the domain waters. Dot bizzers and dot orgers will have a field day. The enterprising possibilities inside these names hint at opportunities almost taken. NB: a rare thing, slim to none deletions in the .com and .net markets for tomorrow’s droplisting auctions. This does not including names tagged a premium names or continuing auctions. Daliart.info is an example of the best type of name. Notable also: Tutorfinders.com is a great directory or personnel site.
For this day mainly portfolio builders in .us and .info will have good results. Christianrealtors.info could be a huge untapped networking portal. The name governmentloans.info could spark huge seo based discoverability. A good day to shave bidding reserves and scan the next day’s auction unless specific tld involvement is already invested.
The dataIQ.org name could be an interesting club of data freaks. Cool-shop.org could a community of (ac/refrigerator) online vendors. Reallycool.biz might be a promotional business opportunity site. Contentdone.biz could be a domainers finished text files clearinghouse.

Recently the domain, Ferien.org was sold for $19879.50 (exactly at 14,875 EUROS). It was nearly $20,000 for a .org domain and I was thinking whether recent Poker.org million dollar domain sale had any impact on subsequent .org domain sales. I believe the domain sale of Poker.org has pushed the average end user domain sale price of .org domains upwards.
If we look at the stats related to the keyword “ferien“, there are around 90,000 EXACT searches per month for the keyword “ferien” in Google. The CPC (cost per click) is around $0.88 per click. On first page of the keyword “ferien“, there are two .de (Germany) websites and one .ch website. Therefore I thought it might have meaning in German language. I was right, it meant “Holidays” in German. It was a nice .org domain sale indeed.

I saw the recent .org domain sale of the domain, Francehotels.org for 9,999 Euros (nearly $13,600). I think it was an end user sale and it was a nice domain sale for the domain seller.
The domain has been registered since 1999 and it is registered at Godaddy. When I looked the keyword “France Hotels” stats, I found out that there are over 37 million google search results for the keyword “France Hotels”. There are over 60,000 EXACT search results for the keyword per month and CPC (click per cost) is about $3 per click.

I like .org extension after .com and I even like .org domains over .net ones for many keywords. Recently I found out that girokonto.org was sold for around $21,700 (15,700 Euros) and it certainly was a very good .org domain sale for the seller.
